Whilst we do everything and call ourselves generalists, we are big on Mediation and, it is the cornerstone of our practice. Mediation as a technique to finding alternative solutions to any form of disputes, allows parties who are in, or who are contemplating, litigation or arbitration, to settle disputes and avoid the personal and commercial effects of being engaged in costly and lengthy disputes. We use joint and private sessions to assist the parties to reach consensus. In private sessions, we challenge and question the thinking behind the position adopted and explore alternative approaches.
